At home, surrounded by family following a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife of Stan for nearly forty years. Loving mother of Matt (Lindsay) and Dan (Katie). Proud grandmother of Colton, Eleanor and Rosalyn. Survived by her Mother Inga Walsh (late Frank Walsh). Dear sister of Michael (Blanche) Breen and Patty (Yves) Bessette and predeceased by her stepbrother Michael Walsh. Loving aunt of Melissa (Riley) Burns (nee Walsh) and Aunt to 18. Great-aunt to many more. Angela loved to travel.

Following her retirement, planned for this coming summer, she and Stan had planned to see some more of the world. She will be truly missed but will remain in our hearts and minds. In her professional life, Angela was a Financial Manager for Human Resources at the RCMP; did the accounting for Stan’s two companies; and was an accountant for Mitel for many years. Angela spent that last few years as POA for her parents, trying to make their final years together magical. Angela worked with the family building the family cottage many weekends in Lorwell Lake.

The family would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many friends and family who came to visit Angela. Thanks to her sister-in-law Evelyn and especially her dear friend Kathy.

A commemoration of her life will be held at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington Street on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 10 to 1:30 p.m. with a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. A reception will follow at the Carp Agriculture Hall. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
