William Cheffins

Suddenly at his home on Monday, August 12, 2013 at the age of 71 years. Beloved partner of Terry McLeod. Dear brother of John (Ann) and Philip (Nancy). Gone from us too soon, Bill still had a rich and varied life, as a young academic winning the Robert Kennedy scholarship to Indiana U; as a national park planner with Parks Canada; then in the private sector as owner of Downtown Office Supplies and manager of CP Cinemas in Carleton Place and later as a successful real estate agent. Bill will be remembered by all for his wit, charm, gourmet cooking and love of animals.
