Peacefully on Thursday, June 27, 2019 in his 74th year.  Beloved husband of the late Patsy (Hanna). Dear father of Tracy McKay (Lyall) and the late John Moore.  Loving grandfather of Andrew.  Brother of Linda Tremblay (Paul).  Predeceased by his parents Donald and Blanche (Dunbar) Moore.   He will also be greatly missed by many family and friends.  Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars on Tuesday, July 2nd from 10 a.m.  until time of service in the chapel at 12 p.m.  Those wishing may make memorial donations to the charity of their choice.  Condolences, donations or tributes may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com.​
