We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of Vicki on May 22, 2023 at Toronto General Hospital, just shy of her 58th birthday. Predeceased by her Dad, Ian Fraser and survived by her mother Joan Fraser, sister Lee Fraser King (Darren) and brother Gord Fraser. Adored aunt to Angus, Axel and Emma. Cherished niece and cousin to the Murphy and Downey clans. Vicki was a bright light, caring and loving to all who knew her.  Her presence and her voice will be truly missed by the many communities and friends she has left behind.
