Taylor Brazier

We are sad to announce the unexpected death of Taylor, at the young age of 26 years. He lived a big life, and while he chose a different and difficult path - it was a hell of a journey.

Taylor was born in Windsor Ontario, spent a short time in Ottawa, twelve years as a Guelphite, four as an Aussie, and his last years were spent in and around Vancouver, BC

A natural athlete, Taylor was a born adrenaline seeker. If it had wheels, he could ride it, if it could be jumped onto, off of, or into, he would be there. If it was fast, he wanted it to be faster.

Taylor was a talented writer and had been writing poetry and rap songs for as long as I can remember. He was quick to pick up languages and could strike up and carry on a conversation with anyone he met.

A personable, and not particularly inconspicuous character, Taylor stood over 6.6” tall and close to 400 lbs, he was quite literally larger than life. Walking down the street with him was often like being in the presence of a celebrity - he had a joke, a smile, high five, and a handshake for everyone and most responded to him by name.

He was known by many names: Taylor, Taylor Bean, TayBee, The Unit, Tank, and a few others that I won’t put in print…

Taylor was a son, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin, a boyfriend, and a friend. Rest in peace young Taylor, you are loved and missed.
