Tammy Elster

Tammy Janet Elster, 52, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones at Elizabeth Bruyere St. Vincent Hospital on Friday, August 16, 2024, in Ottawa. Born on July 31, 1972, Tammy was a devoted mother and loving grandmum. 

She is survived and will be extremely missed by her daughters, Brooke and Cassie Charbonneau, and her beloved grandson, Tristan Charbonneau, whom she adored deeply. She will also be greatly missed by her brother Shawn Elster, sister-in-law Vanessa Bakker, mother Susan Ringrose and honourary daughters Krista-lynn Arsenault and Courtney Nichol. Tammy was predeceased by her daughter, Krista Charbonneau, and her father, Leonard Charles Elster. Her presence we miss, memories we treasure, loving her always, forgetting her never. 

A memorial gathering will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (Between Bayshore and Baseline) on Sunday, August 25th, 2024, from 1-3 pm, with words of remembrance being shared at 2 pm. We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff members and doctors for the excellent care, compassion and support during this difficult time.
