It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sylvia Newell (Berezowski) on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Ronald of 54 years and loving mother of Michael (Sofie), and Kari Saumur (Gilles). Cherished grandmother of Alex, Renée, Nicholas, Elise, and Samuel. Dear sister of Joyce Pernitsky, Gloria Kjargaard, and Ron Berezowski. She will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean, on Saturday, June 9th from 1-2:30 pm followed by a service in the chapel at 2:30pm. Please consider planting a flower in memory of Sylvia and those wishing may make donations to the Ottawa Civic Hospital or to Elisabeth Bruyere Continuing Care.
