Sandra Mcintyre

Sandra "Sandy" McIntyre (née Allen) of Shelburne, Ontario, aged 82, passed away on November 8, 2021. A long-time resident of Ottawa, Sandra was predeceased by her son Kevin McIntyre of Windsor. Sandra will be lovingly missed by her daughters Cheryl Brouse of Ottawa and Wendy McIntyre of Perth, Australia, and her grandchildren Sean, Amanda (Andrew), and Brock Murray (Faith), Alex and Barry Brouse, all of Ottawa, as well as Robert (Angie), Gil (Kaleigh), Kyle, and Ashley McIntyre of Windsor. Sandra leaves an outstanding legacy with fifteen wonderful great-grandchildren and counting.

Sandra had many careers over lifetime; she will be most remembered by dear friends and colleagues for her time at Metro (Lincoln Fields) and her many years working at Bayshore Shopping Centre.

At Sandra's request, there will be no funeral service. Her family would like to thank the exceptional staff at both the General Hospital and Elizabeth Bruyère who took care of Sandra in  her last days and treated her with care, dignity and respect. There can be no greater gift.
