Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Monday, January 13th, 2014 at the age of 82. Survived by her husband Jarius Miller, sisters Iris and Miriam and brothers Ephriam and Benjamin. Special friend to Elaine Chevannes and Hyacinth Plante. Ruby will be missed by many nieces, nephews and special friends. The family would to thank all the staff at West End Villa for their compassionate care. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt) on Friday, January 24th from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Ottawa Church of God, 1820 Carling Avenue, Ottawa on Saturday, January 25th at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow. Donations may be made to the Churches.
