Royden Long

Peacefully at Westwood Retirement Home, on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the age of 96 years.  Beloved husband of Lois Long née Stevens (deceased). Loving father of Barbara, Carol, Eric (deceased), Elaine (Thomas Cox), Valerie (Michael Foster), and John.  Cherished grandfather of Alexander McKercher, Caitlin Brookes, Tessa Foster, Gethin Cox, Mary Cox, and Paul Cox.  Cherished great grandfather of Sloane Brookes, and Lucy Wilson. Predeceased by his brothers Dalton Long, Robert Long, Stuart Long, and sisters Mabel Campbell, and Doris Neilson.

Visitation will be held on April 23rd at our Tubman Funeral Homes Garden Chapel (3440 Richmond Road, Ottawa, Ontario) from 12pm-2pm followed by a chapel memorial service at 2pm.  Interment will take place at Beechwood Cemetery on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 12 p.m.  For those unable to attend the service in person a live stream option is available by scrolling below.
