It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron on Thursday, January 5th, 2017, peacefully in hospital. Survived by beloved and caring wife of 61 years, Frances (nee Eveleigh). Loving father of Debbie Demizio (Frank), Gary, Colin (Patti), Maureen Casey (Shawn) and Wendy Renaud. Predeceased by son Mark (Tina). Proud grandfather of Angela Demizio, James, Sara Demizio (Ben Farrow), Taylor Casey, Lindsay Casey, Jasmine Renaud, Scott, Rachel, Hailey Renaud, Chelsea Renaud. Survived by brother Reg (Jean). Remembered fondly by sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. The family expresses sincere thanks to Dr. Hajjar, Dr. J. Murray, the staff of A2, ICU and A5 at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, and Bayshore CCAC.
