Peacefully at Peter D. Clark Long Term Care with family and friends by his side, on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband for 63 years to the late Margaret Hopkins. Loving father of Janet Jackson (Steve), Sarah Poirier (Rob) and Catherine Newnham. Proud grandfather of Darcy and Vanessa (Kyle). Dear brother of Peter (the late Patricia) and Patrick (Jill). He was stern but with a generous sense of humor.

A very special thanks to all the staff at Peter D. Clark for their continuously stimulating social activities, and in particular for the care provided over the last week of his life.

Friends may visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at Christ Church Bells Corners, 3861 Old Richmond Road, Nepean on Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hope for Dementia would be appreciated.
