Rob passed away at home as he had wished, with his wife Sharon, daughter Jackie, and son James by his side.  Rob was a true gentleman to the end, and his sense of humour was always present.  He leaves behind Sharon, James and Kate, Jackie and Chris, grandson Charlie, parents Marj and John, brother Bill and Joyce, and sister Janet and Clive.

Rob travelled the world during his successful career as a negotiator, and continued his globe trotting into retirement.  He was an avid fisherman, scuba diver, hunter, and outdoorsman.  His favorite place in the world was the family cottage in Muskoka.

Instead of a formal service, the family will host a celebration of life next summer at the cottage.
