Robert (Bob) Percy Pennett

Passed away peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital (QCH) on August 4th, 2024. Born in Ottawa, Ontario on August 22nd, 1932. 

Predeceased by his parents Harold and Beatrice, and his siblings Bill, Betty, and Beverly. Survived by his loving wife Pat, and his sister Barbara. Lovingly remembered by his son Doug (Lori), daughter Carolyn (John), and granddaughters Jennifer and Heather, and many nieces and nephews. 

Bob grew up in Westboro and loved storytelling and playing his harmonica. He met the love of his life, Pat, and was very proud of his family. Over the years he enjoyed sailing, camping and fishing, model aircraft and astronomy. The family wishes to thank the QCH and Brookside Senior Living for their support. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 11th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and funeral service on Monday, August 12th at 11:00am, at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery following the funeral service. Memorial donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation are appreciated.
