Richard Fraser passed away peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, after a brief illness, with his family by his side. Loving husband and best friend of Jean (Ashbaugh) for thirty-nine years. Loving father of Robert (Carolyn) and Laura (Matt McNeely). Proud Grandpa of Natalie, Hayley and Emily Fraser and proud Poppa of Amber, Allan and Ava McNeely. He is survived by his Mother, Marilyn Fraser (Late Carl) and his siblings, Barbara Fraser-Lee (Ed); Fern Fraser; John (Barb); Carolyn Hayman (Doug); and David (Patty). He will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Iyengar, Dr. Alikhan and the nursing staff of the ICU at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for the compassionate care given to Richard and his family.
