Peacefully at home in Stittsville, Peter took his last breath on Tuesday August 3, 2021, in his 90th year.  He is survived by his loving wife Claire for 45 years, his daughters Susan (Kent Godard) and Anne, their mother Margaret, four grandchildren Tyler, Kyle, Robyn and Cody and his cousin Mary Lynn of Dorval Quebec.

In accordance with Peter's wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of his life will be arranged for a later date.
