On the morning of June 24, 2018, Olivia Irene Moreno passed away peacefully in her parents’ arms. After two and a half weeks at the CHEO NICU she blessed her family with the gift of three beautiful days at the Roger Neilson House, where wonderful memories were made with her.
She is survived by her parents, Shelby and Rick Moreno, her brother Dezmond, her grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
All are welcome to meet with the family on Sunday July 1 from 3pm to 5pm at the
Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean.
A Funeral service will be held at Tres Sainte Trinite Church, 2178 Laurier Street, Rockland at 2pm on Monday July 2, with a reception at the Church to follow.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, a donation to the CHEO Neonatal Intensive Care Unit would be greatly appreciated.
