Norman Svab

Norman passed away suddenly on July 2nd, 2014 at the age of 61 years. Beloved son of William and Beatrice Svab and dear friend of Wendy Brown. Proud father of Heather (Eric), Laura (Francis) and Paul (Karen); grandfather of Emily, Chris and Samantha, Angus, Ian and Patrick and great grandfather of Evallee, Serenity, Audrina, Elizabeth and Nathaniel. Dear brother of Elaine, Margaret and John. Norman lived his life doing what he loved the most, working hard as a machinist and industrial carpenter, playing guitar and hugging his children and grandchildren. His creative spirit and twinkling blue eyes will be forever missed. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt) on Sunday, July 6, 2014 from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m. For those who wish, donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
