Nancy Lee Atchison

1953-2021

On May 24, 2021, as the waters of Buckham’s Bay lapped the shoreline outside her window, Nancy Lee Atchison joined her soulmate and the love of her life, Richard Atchison.

The lights of Constance Bay have dimmed but Nancy’s laughter will forever dance across the water to the bluesy hum of Rick’s harmonica.

Nancy’s life involved numerous vocations but her true enjoyment came from her years in real estate, most recently with Gale Realty.

Daughter of Craig Leslie and the late Shirley Leslie. Survived by sister Linda Leslie, and brothers Dwight (Beth) Leslie and Bill (Betsy) Leslie.

Memories of Nancy have forever touched the hearts of Steve Landreville (brother-in-law) and Catherine (Paul) Moise (sister-in-law). Nancy will be especially missed by her friend, Mike Oatway. Nieces, nephews, cousins and friends too numerous to mention will miss Nancy in their lives.

Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery will be held at a later date. Immediate family only in attendance. Memorial donations may be made to The Ottawa Hospital or The Canadian Cancer Society.

Nancy’s strength and perseverance walk ahead of us now – a beacon to lead us on our way.
