It is with great sadness that the family of Maurice Jean Claude Carroll announce his passing on July 21, 2022. Moe was born in Ottawa on February 21, 1938 to the late James Carroll of Ireland and the late Marie Joanisse of Quebec, Canada. Moe is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Marian Irene Roy. Dearly loved dad to Roy (Jasia Krzesniak), Darlene, Shirley (Rod Emery), Kimberley Welcher (Marc), Judy Stone (Patrick) & David (Lynn Sauve). Much loved grandpa to Christopher & Jamie Aitken (Alexia), Shawn & Ashley Bigras, Adam Welcher (Gabrielle Castonguay)& Jen Welcher (Darragh Hamilton), Samantha Carroll, Gary, Linkoln, Melanie & the late Chelsea Stone, Zoe Carroll, Celeste & Cedrick Carroll. Special great Grandpa Moe to Mika Aitken, Ruby, Anthony & Élyse Welcher & Liam Bigras.
Friends & family may pay their respects at Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 3440, Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore & Baseline) on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 12:00 pm until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 pm.
