Mary Cronin

August 7, 1943 — November 6, 2018

Wohler, Mary Judith “Judy”

(née Cronin)

Judy returned to God, peacefully at home, to be reunited with her husband, Pat, and daughter, Peggy, on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Born in Montreal, August 7, 1943, daughter of the late John and Mary Cronin (Hickey), she first met her husband in a flash and then she was gone, but the fire had been lit and 44 years of the most beautiful marriage ensued. Together they lived in Yellowknife, St. John's, Fredericton and Nepean, before settling outside Carp, near Almonte, creating a loving home for their family all the way. She embraced new challenges throughout her life, while being a constant touchstone for her family. Her passing leaves a hole in our lives which will not be filled. Survived by her daughter Laurie (Michael) McLoughlin; son Michael (Tammy); grandsons Stephen, Max, John, and Ryan; sisters Joan, Lynda (Peter), and Victoria; sister-in-law Betty, and several nieces and nephews.
