NOLAN, Martha (nee Griffith)

Peacefully in hospital, Carleton Place, on Sunday Sept 29th, surrounded by family, at the age of 82. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim Nolan (1999). 

Loving mother of son Stephen (Debbie Macdonald) and daughter Jennifer ( Darrell Bond). Survived by brother Gerald Griffith and one sister, Frankie (Garry) Leach, many brothers and sisters- in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and customers from her days at Kiddytown, Berry's Pet Food and her re-retirement years with the wonderful group at Wal-mart.

Predeceased by her parents Jim and Ruby (White) Griffith, one sister Earlene Bennett, in-laws John and Doris (Currie) Nolan and brothers-in-laws.

At mom's request, there will be no visitation. Friends and family are invited to a graveside service on Friday October 4th, 1:30 pm, at Franktown Public Cemetery, Franktown Cemetery Rd, Franktown, FR. David Andrew officiating.  Reception following the service at 187 Church St, Franktown.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Franktown Public Cemetery or the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital Foundation.

A very special thank you to the nursing staff of med/surg at CPDMH where mom received such exceptional care , treating us all like family.
