It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of our precious baby girl, Sydney, on Monday, November 11, 2013 at the age of 10 months. She leaves her mommy Kaitlin and daddy Kyle; grandparents Bob and Catherine Read, Boyd Janes, and Paula Janes; uncles Christopher Janes (Rebecca Peron) and Sheldon Janes; great-uncles Ronnie Read (Kelly) and Roy Read. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt) on Sunday, November 17th from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm, and Monday, November 18th from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Basilica, 281 Nepean Street (at Kent) on Monday at 1:30 pm, followed by burial at St. Georges Cemetery, Hawthorne. In lieu of flowers a donation to CHEO or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
