Lamb – Luella (née Cleland)

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Luella Lamb on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 in her 78th year.  Beloved wife of the late Joe Lamb.  Dear mother and best friend to Lisa (Chris Herbert). Loving grandmother of Joey. Also survived by her brother Ken (Monica) and sister-in -law Elizabeth Cleland (the late Rodger) and her companion Brian Lovell.  Luella will be fondly missed by her auntie Joy (Brownlee).  Luella had a loving bond with the Shields and Herbert families who will miss her dearly.  Mother to Elaine Lamb (David).

Luella was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and came to Canada when she was 3 years old. She was a lifelong resident of Osgoode where she met Joe and raised her family. Luella was a past president of the Legion Ladies’ Auxiliary where she and Joe were involved with several Legion events and activities. Luella was a long-time government employee (CRA) until she retired in 2004. Her greatest joy was her one and only grandchild, Joey.

Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars on Wednesday, September 7th from 10 a.m. until time of memorial service in the chapel at 12 p.m.  Inurnment Prescott Union Cemetery, 3425 Stagecoach Rd.  In lieu of flowers donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
