Lorna McCurdy

It is with sadness, Lorna McCurdy, passed away peacefully at Saint Vincent’s Hospital, surrounded by her family on Friday, December 22, 2023 in her 87^th year. Beloved wife of the late Elgin McCurdy.  She was the loving and caring mother of the late Garry (Sheila), Tim (Pauline), Don (Barb) and Suzanne. Loving grandmother of Shawn (Catherine), James (Victoria), Garrett, Dylan, Justin and Jon.  Great grandmother of Colton, Bennett, Jackson and Cassidy.  Survived by her sister Norma Todd (late Eric), sister-in-law Elsie McBryde (late Harold). Also predeceased by her sisters Elaine McBryde, and Marilyn Davis (late Doug). She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars on Friday, January 5^th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church Richmond on Saturday, January 6^th at 1 pm followed by a reception. Inurnment St. Paul’s United Church Cemetery at a later date.
