Owens, Lilly Mary (nee Brown) passed peacefully on Tuesday October 1, 2024 at the age 100 surrounded by family. Beloved wife of the late Charles Owens. Dear mother of Tommy (Diane), predeceased by son Jim (Sylvie) and daughter Linda (Carl). Proud grandmother of Stephen Johns (Debra), Cheryl Giles (Tim), Susan Owens (Denzil), Michael Owens (Melissa), Richard Owens, Clayton Owens (Michelle), Tyson Owens (Karli). Predeceased by her grandchildren Dwayne and Shelley Johns. Survived by 10 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Tubman Funeral Home-Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road on October 8, 2024 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral Service will be held on October 9, 2024 at 11 am. Interment to follow at Capital Memorial Gardens at 3700 Prince of Wales Drive.
