Kenneth Scharf

At Queensway Carleton Hospital after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 age 85 years. Beloved husband of Gladys (Simpson). Dear father of Marlene Campbell (Herb), Linda Small (Garth), Rhonda Copithorn and Ellard (Christine). Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by great grandson Tyler Campbell; brothers Morgan, Earl, Russell and sisters Minnie Moore, Orma White, Elva O'Brien, Lola Scharf, Amy Perrault and Lorraine Carson. Special thanks to Bayshore Home Care, especially Pierrette Graham for their work and kindness. A graveside service will be held at Rideauvale Cemetery, Kars on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson Society would be appreciated.
