DILLABOUGH, Karin Denise

Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on January 30, 2025 in the company of her daughter at the age of 78.

She will be greatly missed by her children Blake (Mark), Danielle (Kip), and Travis (Krissy), grandchildren Madison, Jordyn, Peyton and Cole and her brother David (Barbara).

Predeceased by former husband Bob, parents Rocky and Dorothy, brother Tim, and former companion George Lane.

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Karin has worn many hats in her life. From being the hockey wife and following her husband Bob to various places in the USA during his career, to being the voice on the radio in Bancroft and Elliot Lake, Ontario, to working in various departments in the Ontario Provincial Government in the communications branch. She has made many friends along the way that are scattered all over the world.

 Since retiring, she has enjoyed the pleasures of travelling the world (Caribbean, Europe and Asia).

A family celebration of life will take place at a future date. Any stories people wish to share about Karin on the guest book would be welcomed by the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request that a donation be made to the cancer foundation of your choice or to a foundation that is about helping the lives of others.
