After a lengthy battle with cancer on Saturday, October 19th, 2013 at the age of 60 years. Beloved daughter of the late Frank Shean and Betty Wong (Edmund Lukus). Loving sister of Patricia Scheuneman (Bill Wilson), Ron, Don, Brenda Burns and Barbara Shean (the late Bryan Casey). Step-sister of Lori Leger (Paul), and Wendy Schilkie. Dear aunt of Penny Dashney (Jason), Stacey Vlahek (Darko), Geoffrey Burns and step-aunt of Todd and Ryan Schilkie, Lukus, Christian and Philippe Leger. Great-aunt of Shelby Dashney, Darek and Izaak Vlahek. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore Drive and Baseline Road), on Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service in the chapel at 5 p.m. followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre or the Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
