Dance, Joyce Mae (1934 - 2021)

Joyce passed away peacefully, at the Civic Campus of The Ottawa Hospital, on Tuesday, November 09, 2021. Predeceased by her husband, George Preston Dance, her sister, Shirley Coburn, and her brother, Laurie Corkum. She will be fondly remembered by her brother-in-law, Ernie Dance (Marlene), sister-in-law, Florrie Richardson (Arnott), and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Born in Port Williams, King’s County, Nova Scotia, Joyce had always  expressed a deep appreciation for her roots in Nova Scotia.

A private family inurnment service will take place on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Capital Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to The Parkwood Memorial Fund, Parkwood Presbyterian Church, 10 Chesterton Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K2E 5S9.
