Joshua "Josh" Grosskleg

It is with heart-wrenching sadness that the family announces the passing of Joshua "Josh" Grosskleg on February 8, 2025, in Ottawa, at the age of 33.

Born on April 28, 1991, Josh was the beloved son of Jenn Grosskleg. He is survived by his cherished grandparents, Christina and Harry Grosskleg; his uncles, Julian Gregory and Nick Grosskleg (wife Shawna); his cousin Jonathan Grosskleg; and many other significant family members who will miss him dearly.

Josh will be fondly remembered for his caring heart, deep love for his family, and passion for music. Josh's love for rhythm and sound brought joy to those who heard him play drums. He also had a special place in his heart for his cats Nova and Pieces, and his compassion for animals reflected the kind soul he was.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating Josh's life and honoring the remarkable person he was. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th, 2025, at Tubman Funeral Home Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road, from 11:00am until service time in the Chapel at 1:00pm. Josh will be laid to rest privately following the service.

Josh's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
