Jim Bell

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William James Lyman Bell (Jim), on October 18, 2024 at the age of 74. 

Jim was born in Ottawa, Ontario on August 12, 1950. Life long resident of Stittsville where he grew up and married. Jim owned and operated Bell Plumbing for over 40 years.

Predeceased by his mother Greta (nee Johnson), sister Melodie Burke (Peter), and father Raymond Bell (Grace). Loving husband of Bonnie Bell (nee Martin). 

Jim was so very proud of his four children and his seventeen grandchildren; Aleisha Villeneuve (Dan), Jérémy, Beaujolais, Jakohby, Delphine, Hopsen; Ashley Stead (Robbie), Schuyler, Charlie, Lawson, Courtney; Jamie Bell (Jodi) Paisley, Bryson, Brooklyn, Avery; Aaron Acres (Jason) Tucker, Wyatt, Lily, Dwight.

Friends may visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 11 a.m. until time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
