It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jessie (Roberts) Sinclair peacefully at the Starwood Extenicare Residence in Ottawa, Ontario on December 9, 2013 in her 95th year. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Sinclair who predeceased her in December 2003 and the daughter of the late William and Ida (Emmerson) Roberts. She was predeceased by her only brother the late William and her niece Valerie (Roberts) Stephens. She will be missed by her dear friends Leo & Stella Rouble who have given her such wonderful care. She has left to mourn sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of Extendicare Starwood for their exceptional care. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore Drive and Baseline Road), on Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 1 to 4 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Bethel Pentecostal Church, 500 Viewmount Drive, Ottawa on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 11 a.m.
