It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Marjorie Kingsley, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, July 15th, 2013 at the age of 84. Marjorie fought a brave battle with cancer over the past 2 1/2 years. Daughter of the late Harold and Helene McEwen predeceased by her husband Wilson and granddaughter Alexa. She is survived by her daughters Kathryn and Nancy (David), and sons David (Seada) and Donald (Erin, Kolton), grandchildren Tara, Weston, Noah, Devin, Ciara, Cassandra, Amy, Wayde, Allyson, Steven, Raymond, Kristina, Alex and great granddaughter Maya. Dear sister of Janet (John), Margaret (the late Jack), Joan (the late Jack), Evelyn (Larry), and Donald (the late Zelma). Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.) Nepean on Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Tubman Funeral Homes on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 11 a.m, followed by a reception. Burial is to take place at Dewars Cemetery in Ashton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
