Ian James Kendall

Passed away suddenly on January 6, 2025 at the age of 46. Born in Barrie, Ontario on April 25, 1978. Lovingly remembered by his longtime partner Jennifer Hibble. Cherished by his mother Cathy McCutcheon (Keith) and father Doug Kendall (Norah), predeceased by Michael Hibble. Beloved grandson of Annie McShane. Deeply missed by siblings Jennifer Nelson (Tyler) and Jessica Kendall (Trevor Emmerson), Matt McCutcheon (Jenn Raftis) and Kyla McCutcheon-Bonner (Nick Bonner), and Andrew Hibble (Shannon Gow). Fondly remembered as "Uncle E" to Simon Evans (Margaret Waller) and Scott Evans. Dearly loved and missed by his aunties, uncles and many cousins. 

Ian's passions included music, cooking, his Scottish heritage, and his use of colourful vocabulary. He will always be remembered for his unique sense of humour, lovable personality, and his love for family and giant hugs.

Visitation will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), Ottawa on Sunday, January 12th, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 12:30 p.m. Reception to follow.
