Suddenly in hospital with his family by his side, on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the age of 69. Iain Andrew Forsyth, beloved husband for 46 years to Janette Campbell. Loving father of Heather (Kyle Bosley) and Katie (Tony Garcia). Proud Papa to Malcolm. Cherished brother of Janie (Lindsay) Gebbie.

on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 2 p.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
