Peacefully on Friday, June 28, 2013 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Elaine (Bell). Dear father of Herbie (Marie), Kelly Sauvé (Rick), and Tim (Cathie). Loving grandfather of Taryn, Jaclyn, David, Cori, Ryan, and Jesse. Brother of Miki McLinton (Rae), Helen Tape (Bob), Skippy MacCormack (Dave) and predeceased by sisters Pat McLinton (late Howard) and Mabel Lytle. Thanks to Dr. Sabloff, Carol, Annie and staff at Ottawa Hospital, General Campus, 5th Floor Hematology. Family will receive friends at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., (between Baseline Rd. and Bayshore Dr.), Nepean on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Richmond on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Those wishing may make memorial donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Richmond, or FACE Foundation, 19 Island Rd., St. Catherines, ON L2M 4B5.
