Henry Davidson

Peacefully at Kemptville District Hospital after a hard fought battle, on Monday, September 16, 2013, age 70 years. Gone to be with his beloved twin sister Henrietta Beattie. He leaves behind his wife Linda of 48 years. Dear father of Rick (Doris Lennox), Ronnie (Lisa Kenny), Jo-Ann (Michel Dupuis), Laurie (late Paul Christoff), Jamie (Sue Owens), Tom (Nat Byrne), Patty (Don Brown) and Sandra. Poppa to many loved grandchildren. Dear brother of Mildred (Robin FitzSimons) of Burlington, Dorothy (Ross Moore) of Guelph, Elizabeth (late Alastair Campbell) of Rideau Ferry, and brother-in-law of Peter Beattie of Belleville. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents David Robert and Annie Davidson and brother Lloyd. Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars (East of Hwy 416) on Thursday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Cornerstone Wesleyan Church, North Gower on Friday at 1:30 p.m. Interment Merivale United Cemetery. Those wishing may make memorial donations to Kemptville District Hospital Foundation.
