Devoted Father, Brother, Grandfather & Friend.

Suddenly at home on Monday October 17th, 2022, Bill, at the age of 74 years.  Beloved Father of Chris (Caroline), Kevin (Julia) and Sara Jane (Dallas). Dear Grandfather to Marcus, Benjamin & Gianna Ocean. Survived by siblings: Tony, Mack, Ena, Roy, Binode (Bee), Elsie, Vedesh (Vee), Shama, late Margaret & late Boyo. Predeceased by his parents Rueben & Claudia (Maude) of Guyana.  Fondly remembered by the mother of his children, Jane Castellano as well as his many nieces and nephews.

Bill devoted his life to his family and friends.  He dedicated his days to his kids and grandchildren.  When he wasn’t with the family, he was calling them, as well as his siblings and many dear friends that all meant the world to him. He helped many.  He was larger than life, truly omnipresent. Cremation, private. Visitation will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Thursday, October 27 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 427 Booth Street, Ottawa on Friday, October 28 at 10 a.m.  For those wishing, in memoriam donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation, would be appreciated. He will be deeply missed by all.
