Glenys Smallshaw

Peacefully at the Carleton Place District Memorial Hospital at the age of 85. Dearly loved mother of Richard, David, Bruce and Kimberly. Predeceased by children Brian and Wendy and husbands Gerald Smallshaw and Edwin Monfils. Grandmother of Eric (Deborah), Michael (Tracy), Jordan (Samantha), Steven, Marcie and Lindsay. Great grandmother to Wendy, Aaron, Jayden, Stacey, Jacob, Ayden, Talia, Quincy and Zayne. Dear sister of Thelma (Leonard), Lois (Russell), Reginald (Lesley) and Lorraine (Mel). Predeceased by brothers, Gerald (Dorothy), Hillis (Verna) and Keith (Mary) and sisters Eleida (Bernie) and Marilyn (Garth). She will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Fullerton and the doctors, nurses and staff of the Carleton Place District Memorial Hospital. By request there will be no visitation or service. A private family inurnment will take place at Capital Memorial Gardens at a later date. Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
