Following a long and happy life with her beloved late husband Joseph Arthur “Art” Kennedy, Gladys passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 in her 98th year at Riverpark Place. Daughter of the late John and Marion King of London, England. Gladys will be missed by her sister-in-law Margaret Kennedy, and her nieces and nephews Lee (Cecile), Michael (Carol), Carol (Charlton), Maureen, Rose Marie (Norman), John (Charlotte), Michael (Deborah), Margaret Ann, Georgina (Leslie), Jean (Bill), Edward (Rebecca) and also great nieces, great nephews and great-great nephews. Predeceased by her known siblings Jack, Harold, Victor, Winnie, Alexandra and Mae; her brothers-in-law Michael and Leo; and her sister-in-law Rose. Gladys will be fondly remembered for her elegance, sense of style, distinctive laugh, her passion for gardening and her love of family. Over the years, she was actively involved in parish life as a volunteer at both Holy Redeemer and Our Lady of Fatima churches. Friends may visit at the
