Gerrit "Gerry" Kop

April 1, 1937 — November 23, 2023

Passed away peacefully in hospital on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023, at the age of 86.

Previously deceased by his beloved wife, Joan Kop. Loving father of Steven Kop (Doan Kieu), Julia Kop (Denis Lim Tung) and Cynthia Jenkins (the late Mike), and stepfather of Marianne Caron (Robert), and Ron Lubbers (Liela Blaedow). Cherished grandfather of Jade Lim Tung, Jasmine Lim Tung, Lucy Jenkins, Violet Jenkins and Thiên Ân Kop, and step grandfather of Owen Caron. Survived by his cherished sisters Bep and Gerda. Gerry will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Calvin Christian Reformed Church at 1475 Merivale Road, Ottawa on Saturday, Dec 2, 2023, at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
