Peacefully, on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Virginia Carroll. Loving father of Sharon (Rob), Elaine (Michael), Glenn (Hali), Gary, Dan, Nancy (Luc), Kristina (John), Cheryl (Robin) and Brian (Eva). Frank will be lovingly remembered by his many grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Survived by his sister Bernadette. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), Nepean on Monday, September 30, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Diabetes Association or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
