MANNION: FRANCES - (FRAN)
RETIRED SCOTIABANK- 38 YEARS SERVICE.

I have left this wonderful world, having lived life with happiness and joy, in an abundance of laughter, mostly at myself. (Oh how I loved to entertain, with stories of my own follies, which brought mirth to others.)  I, like all other mortals, experienced sorrow, in the loss of families and friends, I will now be reunited with those who have gone before.

Our parents, Late Richard Mannion, former chief of police of Vanier, ON. (formerly known as Eastview. ON.) and our beloved mother, Emma (Doherty) Mannion.  My brothers: Paul Desmond, (his son Michael); Bob, aka Bob-o, (his son Stephen, grandson Jeffery); John and the love of his entire life Helen Jackson (and their sons Patrick and Wayne); the ever retiring, subdued, innocuous, never to fly an aircraft, without a flight plan, Jimmy, "Jake The Rake", (his granddaughter Lindsay);  F.O. Bernard A. Mannion, whom was the first, to "Jet Stream the Way" (May 5th/63 at the age of 24).  July 19/09, my nefrew, Liam Closs Mannion caught the end of that stream, and soared; Our beautiful serene sister, Sheila (Graham ) Mannion, left us Jan. 20, 1994, and was joined by by our eldest sister Eileen Mannion (formerly Larocque ) Sept.16,2017.

I leave for now, our daughter Stephanie (Stevi) Graham, whom we (father A. Orton Graham ) were entrusted with, by Almighty, in 1961. How blessed we were, to have been chosen to be your parents and have you call us, Mom and Dad.  As well, estranged - daughter, Shawna Graham Bonner & granddaughter, Lindsey.

Also Bradley Evans, my now, deeply loved son-in-law, who attended to my every whim and need, for which, I thank him, from the depths of my heart.

I leave to this world, our "Bro" Richard (Dick/Diddy) who was always there for me, sick jokes and all and my beautiful sister Helen (nee Mannion) Young, to whom, all of our lives, we were joined at the "Hip" and the heart, with one being one half of the other.

We have, numerous nieces and nephews, while, not all named, are no less loved. Teach your children, to continue the Mannion tradition, living by the "Golden Rule - Do Unto Others As, You Would Have Them, Do Unto You."

My funeral arrangements, are entrusted with, Tubman's Funeral Homes, where I had the privilege of being a part time employee for several years, where I considered to be, among friends.  A Celebration of Life will take place at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean on Saturday, October 30th at 2 pm with the family greeting people at 1 pm.  For those unable to attend you may choose to watch the service by clicking the Live Stream link below.  Due to COVID restrictions you are asked to register if you are planning on attending in person.  You may do that by clicking on the RSVP link below.

Please, at my personal request, no flowers. Should there be those, who would care to remember me, please consider The Hospice at Maycourt, where, for years I spent many memorial Sunday's as a volunteer in "THE CIRCLE OF CARING."
