Peacefully at Carleton Lodge on Thursday, June 14, 2018 in her 102 ^nd year. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Boyd (1983). Dear mother of Karen Payne (Lawrence). Loving grandmother of Ian, David (Lisa), Jill and great grandmother of Kelsey, Destin and Dylan. Predeceased by her son Barry Boyd (1967); parents, William and Gertrude (Lucas) McCord; and siblings Victor, Maude Argue, Marjorie Hyland, Marion Sloan, Cameron, Harold, Hazel White, and Lawrence. Special thanks to the staff of Carleton Lodge (Goulbourn Village) for their compassion and devoted care. Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr. Kars, ON on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment Rideauvale Cemetery, Kars.
