Peacefully in hospital Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Ruth (Hunt). Dear father of Judy Potvin (Paul), Bill, Susan Doherty (Don) and Mark (Hali). Loving grandfather of Dayton, Aidan, and Victoria. Brother of Earl (Doris), Doreen (Roy) and Betty (Patrick). Predeceased by his grandson Christopher Potvin and sister-in-law Marion Moore and brother-in-law Pat Pierunek. Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars (East of Hwy 416) on Friday from 1 to 3 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 1 p.m. followed by a reception Interment Malakoff Cemetery. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
