Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband for 64 years of Dolores. Loving father of Nancy (Bernard Ashe), Peter (Jennifer) and Michael. Cherished grandfather of Lauren Ashe (Scott Pellow), Christine Ashe (Marc Bourbonnais), Anthony Ashe (Robbi Daley), Damon, Zoe, Connor and Scout King. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital or Doctors Without Borders.
