On Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, Doris May Reid, 93, passed away at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, surrounded by her family, after a brief illness.
Doris was the daughter of the late Ezillah Toll Cole Kimber and George Kimber. Beloved wife of the late Donald Bruce Reid, loving mother of Darla and Paul Reid, and proud Grandmother of Elle Reid. Predeceased by her siblings, Gilbert, Royal and Herbert Cole. She is grieved by extended family Gerri and Herbie Schwartz, Alastair McDonald, and the late Lois St. Onge.
Services will be held at Tubman Funeral Homes, Carp Chapel, 115 Rivington St., Carp, Ontario, on Thursday October 10th, with a Visitation at 10 am, followed by a Funeral at 11am with burial.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Queensway Carleton Hospital.
