Peacefully at the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital, with family by her side on Wednesday May 28, 2014 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of Thomas for 63 years. Loving mother of Barbara (Michael), Patricia (Francis), Tom (Fiona) and Rosanne. Cherished Grandmother of Wendy (Scott), Travis, Ryan (Christina), Heather, Todd (Jenn), Tyler (Liisa), the late Jason, Siobhan (Rick) and Kelsey (Ian). Proud Great-Grandmother of Cameron, Cadence, Caroline, Connor and Lochlan; Jayden, Abby, Quinn, and Lennox. Much loved sister of Betty Hill (Mel) Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Dear sister-in-law of Alice Robinson, Doug Switzer, Pearl Acres, Mary Sample and Edna Watson. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Dearly loved daughter of the late Hilda and Ernest Robinson. Predeceased by her sisters Barbara and Lena and her brother Wilf. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington St. Carp, on Sunday June 1st, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A Private family service will be held in the Chapel on Monday. Cremation, with private burial.
