WILLIAMS, Donald Arthur (Don) P. Eng.

Don passed away peacefully at Peter D. Clarke on May 13, 2018 after reaching 84 years on May 10 ^th . Beloved husband of 53 years of Barbara (nee "Shorty" Cross). Loving father to Jennifer, Christy "Sat Daya" and Peter (Suzi Dibble) of Indiana. Proud Grandpa to Tye, Samadhi and Treya. Survived by brothers Henry "Bud" of B.C., Robert of P.E.I., Fred of Toronto, John of New Brunswick and sister Theresa of Saint John. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Ethel Williams as well as brothers Ronald, Gerald, George and sisters Clara Bennett, Marie Ruttan and Sandra Stafford. Don will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special uncle to Jody Cross and family.Don worked for 40 years for National Research Council, Health and Welfare and Environment Canada. Special appreciation and many thanks to the Staff at Peter D. Clarke for their compassionate care and love. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road, Ottawa on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 1 pm to 2 pm, followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2 pm.
